30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange on any product. Whether your pet turned their nose up at it or the item arrived damaged — we've got you covered.

Items should be in their original condition when possible — but we understand pets aren't exactly gentle. If the product is defective or damaged, we'll accept the return regardless.

How to Request a Return

We keep it simple. Here's how to get started:

Send an email to hello@funkfactorypets.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos help if the item is damaged.

Get Approved
We'll review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Most returns are approved same-day.

Ship It Back
Send the item back using the instructions we provide. For defective or damaged products, we'll cover the return shipping.

Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed. Simple as that.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If your refund hasn't appeared after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? We handle exchanges the same way as returns — just let us know what you'd like instead when you email us.

If the replacement item costs more, we'll send you a payment link for the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, a few product categories cannot be returned once opened:
