We work with trusted suppliers and ship from US-based warehouses whenever possible. Because we source the best products from around the world, delivery times vary slightly depending on the item.

We're a small, curated shop — not a giant warehouse. Our products are hand-picked and sometimes ship from specialty suppliers, which is why delivery can take a bit longer than Amazon Prime. But trust us, the quality is worth the wait.

We keep shipping affordable so you can spoil your pet without spoiling your wallet.

For orders under $50, standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.99 — no surprises, no weight-based calculations, no nonsense.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

You'll also get a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If you don't see it, check your spam folder — our emails are friendly, we promise.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, drop us a line at hello@funkfactorypets.com and we'll investigate.

We currently ship within the United States only — all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
